Innoviz Technologies — Israel. Automotive-grade LiDAR sensors and perception software for autonomous driving, developing to ISO 26262 and ASPICE.

Innoviz is our longest-standing client. We built their ALM environment from scratch more than eight years ago, when they were an early-stage developer proving a sensor, and we have been extending, optimizing, and supporting it ever since — through platform upgrades, new product programs, a growing engineering organization, and the shift to a supplier shipping into series production for global OEMs.

What that has meant in practice is a process that had to keep being correct while everything around it changed. Requirements structures that worked for one program had to scale across several running in parallel. Safety and traceability models had to hold as ASPICE assessments and OEM audits raised the bar. Each platform upgrade had to preserve years of accumulated engineering evidence intact. And every new cohort of engineers had to find a system they could work in rather than around.

That is the version of this work nobody puts on a slide — not a rollout, but eight years of staying close enough to a customer's engineering reality that the process never fell behind it.

ARTIDIS AG — Basel, Switzerland. A clinical-stage health-tech company building a nanomechanical platform for cancer diagnostics, operating under ISO 13485 and FDA design control.

ARTIDIS needed end-to-end traceability its team could actually maintain, a way to run complaints and CAPA digitally instead of on paper, and a migration off an end-of-life Codebeamer instance without losing a single trace link. We rebuilt the ALM foundation around their design control, risk, and quality processes — configuring templates prototype by prototype with real users so adoption came with the rollout rather than after it — then carried the full history across to the current platform version intact. Risk management now runs as one digital process covering patient safety and cybersecurity, and audit documentation generates from live ALM data instead of being assembled by hand.

Today ARTIDIS demonstrates complete design control workflows live during ISO 13485 audits, and runs the system largely self-sufficiently.
